Depends what the books say. Most companies don't enforce their rights on these types of things because they view it as a form of free marketing. Consider Apple. There are a ton of sites out there with iPad, iPod, iPhone and so on in the domain and keywords. Technically, these are violations of Apple's trademarks, but they really don't care since it helps build the brand. Say something nasty about the company however, and suddenly they are all over it! Been my experience.
