Aliexpress Question, Need some help..

Hi guys, I got a couple of questions and wonder if you could help me.

About this Aliexpress site, it all sounds good, the items are cheap and the free shipping is awesome.

But I've heard that it's like ebay, so it's better to buy from "High rated" trades only, right so I won't get scammed?

and also How long does it usually take to ship from them? for ex. Russia? I read it's about 60 days?

Do you happen to know any other similar websites, with cheap stuff and Free shipping worldwide but with a faster shipping time? because waiting 2 months for something is a little bit long. Any tips and help would be really grateful.

I have been using Aliexpress for 2 years now and I may help you

1. Yes always go for highly rated sellers if you want to avoid troubles. At the same time there are some new sellers that provide some quality service but you will need to check them first with a sample order to see whether they are genuine or not.

2. Shipping time depends a lot on the shipping method you use. If you are using China Post it is obvious that it will take more time. But if you are using shipping methods like DHL or Fedex it will be quite quick.

Even if the site does not offer the shipment method, try to contact the supplier and ask them for a quote for a different shipping method. Usually they will do their best to provide you with a competitive one.
