Hey guys, hoping some of you can give me some advice regarding an Aliexpress situation I am in.
I source products from Aliexpress and resell on Ebay and also locally.

As you can see, it clearly states, over $200 USD items get shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS. So, I ordered about $300 worth of goods back in August, sent it by DHL, got it within 10 days, all was good. Items were good quality too, so I decided OK time to re-order more as my stock is getting low and I am making sales. So last Friday, I order another $350 worth of goods. Now, this is where I am Irate. I told the seller specifically by message, please send by express once again as before as order is over $200 USD. I get a message on Sunday that items were shipped, and I get a China Post tracking number. I assume its a mistake, but when I go to track it it shows up as "Electronic Information Received". So, I ask the seller, please send by DHL or Fedex as before and send me tracking number. He replies and said, it was sent by China Post, gives me the same tracking number. So now I am PISSED because I can't wait over a damn month for my order to arrive. So I send him a message and tell him I am really upset, I was hoping to have a good business relationship going forward. He apoloigizes and now he changed the shipping method to DHL, gives me a tracking number, but obviously, its bogus. Doesn't track. So my question is can I do something about this? I would rather just refund my money and I will order elsewhere, but it says I have to wait 30 to 60 days. Im considering startng a dispute but I don't know how far that will get me as it says I have to wait until December 8 to open a dispute.
