Hello,

How do you guys do aliexpress dropshipping with the very long delivery time it usually has? Costumers don't get angry or something?
Delivery time:
37-58 days

Thanks.

ePacket to USA is usually 14-23 days and many sellers use that. They are also very upfront about the shipping times.. how they position it differs but often something along the lines of the promotional pricing requires longer than usual lead times to ship.. blah blah blah

ePacket to Canada or another country might be 35 days + though. Basically I should only ship to certain countries?

I think the bottom line is to not turn away a paying customer if they are okay with the lead time but I know that many who do dropshipping use ePacket to the US and target their FB ads and other traffic generating strategies to the US audience (or realistically whatever country will buy and has a somewhat reasonable delivery range)

What do you mean? many people do it.

I agree many people are doing it. Yeah, it isn't easy but the tech skills needed are minimal so it seems like a popular method. If you can find good niche, generate some traffic generating strategies, deal with the lead time issue and maybe throw your own twist in here and there, it is doable.

I do see some people go to the inventory holding approach over time as they start to better understand what people will order or want to purchase but most can't start that way due to the investment needed.

I only see people using facebook but Instagram could works too? Growing many accounts in the niche and advertising the dropshipping site later.

I charge $25 for 7 day shipping or they can choose free shipping. Most choose free shipping and are fine with it.
