Aliexpress - Billing adress?

    Hey, I just made my first sale, as I am from Sweden, when entering the shipping adress. I can not change the billing adress on Aliexpress while buying to my customer. as I can only choose the US, Canada or UK. Why is that? And what should I do?

    So, I don't get it, I can't change my billing adress, because of the item being shipped to the US? is Billing adress even important?

    And what does this service really do? I still need to order via aliexpress, ship through them, then ship through these at viabox? Aka longer shipping time? Or am I missing something? Thanks!

    I'm not getting you. You are located in Sweden and you need to send the package to US (where your customer is)? Are you buying in bulk? If yes, you can use professional freight forwarders.

    If you are dropshipping use the client's address.

    If you plan to change your billing address, but cannot do so for some reason, contact Aliexpress support (fair warning). Their English is not so strong.

    I'm sorry. I just started with this. So entering my customers shipping adress and so on is okay and no problem. When I need to enter the billing adress though I only have the options UK, USA and Canada. not Sweden. And I wonder if this is any problem?

    So this is a problem from their side? And btw, what is up with this processing time?

    That is crazy, is this only the first item you order or what? over 4 days of just processing the order? Including that with shipping time is crazy?

    I don't know what you are planning/buying for. Are you buying one item at a time (dropshipping), if yes, then you need to tell the seller not to send your address or any other contact information in the package.

    Processing time - I'm not sure of what you mean. Might be the processing time from seller's end? (I cannot possibly say without checking or seeing). As for delivery, since you are delivering to US choose ePacket. That delivers faster. Though I don't think that the processing time is related to delivery. Might be since you are from Sweden, the system is a bit different?

    In any case, speak to the customer care if you can.
