Aliexpress and shopify invoice

Hi

I have a company and recently i start to work on dropshipping and that start to be really good.

Actually i buy item on aliexpress with my personal bank account and receive money with the same account too . But i want to change that and use my company account to buy from aliexpress and receive money from stripe or shopify .

The problem is aliexpress don't give any invoice to justifiy these spend . As you know when you have a company you need to justify all spend and revenue with an invoice .

Can you tell me how i can do to justifiy these aliexpress spend and the same for shopify revenue

The items on Aliexpress are sold by independent suppliers. So you have to contact the supplier you are purchasing from and request for an invoice/receipt. If you really need an invoice then you have to find out if that supplier will give u such before purchasing from him/her.

Ok thanks for your answer the problem is these invoice i think can have the name of my customer so i need to ask to these supplier to create these invoice for myself and my company so?

yes. If you want your customer name and details to be on the invoice, just contact the seller and give him all the details to include in the invoice.

I know all transactions are processed through Alipay, similar to Paypal, have you logged into Alipay to see if it generates invoices for you in there?
