Aliexpress affiliate program callback url and developer account issue

Does anybody here got an idea how to get the callback URL? I need to set it up so my API works correctly. I have a website with traffic and I implemented the content egg plugin, it creates aliexpress links with tracking but I do not get any commissions envethough the customers proved that they ordered directly from my link. Manually generated links work without flaw.
