I finally figured it out... the reason why people are getting blocks and account disables is because of the trust score of the Page... I started 5 hairdresser niches and I had no Blocks whatsoever. But when I start a very competitive niche like nightlife will always fail, Because competitors will always report your account.

they are taking Reported Accounts more Seriously now...

Yeah people can be if they have a script. Or your fellow white hat competitor simply being mad at your strategy and making him or her and the whole team report your accounts.
