I changed my domain name last month by applying 301 redirect but my traffic was recovered but today algorithm penalty has been imposed again. Can anyone tell how the algorithm penalty was removed and how much time it may take?

You should remove the penalty reason and then do 301 to a new domain to not get penalty again.

I think Google has sandboxed my website.

Is your content to the point, are you using non-ai images, and not from google. Is your new domain DA comparable with competition, once you get good traffic for some days, google will evaluate and penalize, if your DA is less then competition, and if there has been no increase in backlinks/social signals on consistent basis

yes my domain is new 80% traffic down some keywords still on positon top. how to solve this issue

You will need to be patient now, slowly grow backlinks, starting with social signals, or you can go with churn and burn, get another new domain and do 301 redirect, if it is viable to you, whenever a site gets sudden increase in traffic, google will evaluate, and like i mentioned, if DA is not comparable with competition, if there are no fresh backlinks on continuous basis then they will penalize.

If I create backlinks for it, if I don't redirect to another domain, its ranking can come back.

Your website is AI jammed junkie site, its normal to happen that thing, afraid to say. 14 lakh = 1 million posts?

How you could write 1 million posts by hand?

301 typically will transfer the low quality penlaty from original domain to new one.

What are you doing 301? Google penalty will follow 301 and give you another penalty.

How to avoid this ? any another way
I meant to say why are you doing 301.
I dont think you can avoid this.
You see google is going after domains. If you are doing 301 to get the backlinks point to new domain, then what you can do is sort and get your top backlinks and update them directly to your new domain and also change any text on backlink pages/posts that has old domain name to new domain name.
