Their website also seems like not working. @alexhost1

Maybe Alex is going through a divorce and the host is up for grabs.

As you know War in Ukraine affected Moldova electrity, you can read here and in other news that is already spread over the world, you will find more news about it or you can translate:

We are working with Electricity company and other solutions regarding the prevention of electricity outages. At the moment it is corrected and everything is OK.

Despite this, we have no control over the war. There is no problem related to our network, but with electricity.

That has already been promptly corrected and we are in permanent contact with the authorities and other competent organizations.

We are here and we still here, don't worry. Any user or customer affected please open a ticket support we will check and compensate you.

It is currently resolved, any problems please open a support ticket.

If a server or any services go down, you might want to email your customers as this will help them prepare and post in your Marketplace thread or profile post as this could help out your customers.

Yes, but our first action is to restoring all services. Since we didn't expected something like that. Not only us that suffered, but other companies also had some issues, other big issues.

We monitorize and we notify the clients / customers, but the first action is to take action, since it was a emergency.
Now should be fixed and working, but we are working to prevent that happening again.

Just a question - why post here instead of reaching out to their support / pm @alexhost1 and asking for their advice?
