Alexa URL scraper?

Is there a tool that can scrape a list of URLs from alexa under a given category? I want a list of all URLs under alexa's "Newspapers" site category, in excel format.

Is there a free tool available that can do this? There are some tools like this created for ppv purposes but none are free, at least that I could find...
