I have read what this software does, it actually simulates as if your website has 1000's of visitors, it may be adding it somewhere in our domain. If the visitors data is manipulated or inflated, to my knowledge, it can be a problem with google, correct me if I am wrong.
i really dont see google in this equation...
Do you know this for sure? or are you just crossing your fingers hopefully like the rest of us?
Anywho, i fired this thing up today, its still running actually.
i think i can only check if it really made the hits at alex*. com.
Also, it will only boost the root domain and not subdomains.
Im just learning all this today by the way.
I may have to move my blog to the main page if this thing really works. Ive
been meaning to do that already, but this will be added reason to.
But one thing i wanted to know is that, if this thing sends hits to my domain,
i should be able to see the hits at www . mydomain/stats right?
i dunno yet, but if that happens, ill say something.

I dont know, but i will assume if you are in the top 100 then you do get links, but whether they are follow or no follow i dont know.
I know many people do check the top ranked sites, so yes i guess it will increase traffic

well i just checked stats, and there seems to be an increase, but im not sure just yet. Gonna run it again today, so that i can match them up.
I had sent some link juice to the site through forum signatures so im not yet 100% on wether its ale*a hits.
Ill keep you informed.
But if anyone knows the answer to my question for sure, pls respond.

it is asking for proxy list. From where can i get proxy list?

well i checked stats again today, and i see that there is still a spike.
so in answer to my own question. It does hit your site, and you can see it
on mydomain/stats.
Now as far as ale*a picking it up.
well i don't know about that just yet.
But your site has to already be registered with ale*a . c*m before
it can be picked up though. And mine is, so its time to start waiting
and monitoring for any improvements.
i'm testing this also as well as the china method outlined in another post which is already boosting my alexa rankings by the way as well a boosting my google listings by a couple places so yes i think alexa does effect your google listings
i don't run google ad's so no problem there i'll post back if this also jumps my alexa i'm just running it with the default proxy list so we'll see
oh thought i'd put my settings for this up then maybe we can work out the best settings
i've set users per hour 45
max users 10000000
not much thought went into the settings so far

Ok yeah, i see changes on al**a dot com. But my rank has been fluctuating there.
Im now on page 3 for my primary keyword from page 53.
But im not sure if its because of ppc. Probably not though.
Actually, when i think of it, its definitely not because of ppc,
because i started ppc after i got to page 3 to help boost with real visitors.
Also my page is more optimized than my competitors.
So i just need traffic and backlinks to dominate.
