Alexa Links + Google Ranking

i am looking for a way to get my alexa ranking up, get some links on there, and my google ranking.

my site is a forum with literally 15,000+ pages

my googlerank is at 2 and my alexa listing is at 1,118,88. i've got 9 links on alexa. and i have had those 9 links since I my site got into alexa.

what can be done? since i'm working on the site 24/7 i don't have the time to spam forums, blogs etc.

You could try and get some authorative backlinks for a start.

Why do you care about alxea? Ranking on Google will get you more traffic, ranking on alexa will get you exactly nothing. Alexa is about the most worthless number you can look at, it is not going to make you any additional money.

sponsors care big time, alexa is the proof for sponsors how good a site is going, disregardless of the actual traffic. which makes it very meaningful and powerful for me.

My understanding is that alexa links are based on two factors:

1) They eat garbage. In other words, they'll list any link, without regard to quality.

2) They only list real links actually visited since their last update.

The Google Chrome browser automatically informs alexa of links or sites it visits.

So if I wanted to boost my alexa links, I'd create long lists of links on other sites and then make sure that my Chrome browser hit all of them.

Put another way, I'd keep text files of the lists of links. Then I'd use the file and massage it into an imacro that Chrome would use to run down the list.

Theres a bot called fast visite or fast hits maybe

Just load up plenty of free proxies, and watch your Alexa Rank shoot up the ranking
run it once a day, Alexa only counts one hit per IP per day. so its important to use different proxies, But you can use the same list everyday.
