Alcohol Blog/Content Site Monetization, tips because adsense can't run?

Hi all so just as the title states I'm looking for ideas, names of networks, and methods for monetizing a site on alcohol and cocktails. So for talking about tequila for example. I would want to get traffic and use adsense but you can't. I'd really like to start this site and can get a lot of traffic but I want to solidify at least a few methods for monetization. Does anyone have any experience in such or any ideas that would make this more viable? Thanks.
