I downloaded the link list updated in April and checked in GSA, and I think it's not the 2021 link list, because a lot of people made links from long long time ago. Why is this named as an updated link list in this year April? Has anyone used link lists in Asia Virtual Solution before?

Hi cheol
If there are other links on those pages, it doesn't mean that the link list is not updated. They just have scraped and found that URL and added to the link list.
You can keep a backup of their files and compare them with the updated lists in future and make sure the updates are real.
