Airpush vs Startapp

[I repost the thread here, because in mobile marketing section no one answer...]

Guys i would like to start and try the paid traffic way.
Which company do you suggest to start with?
I saw AirPush min funding is 50$, and 50$ is my actual starting budget (can't have more now); what about Startapp?

I was thinking to direct the traffic to cpa App installs offers, like ogmobi ones (if they approve me the direct links) and/or CPA leads ones.
Finally i managed to get paid from OGMobi today (low, i'm not a pro...), so i was thinking to focus on OGMobi direct links.

Any suggestion?

PS: i read somewhere on internet that AirPush algorythm is good only if you fund at least 200-300$ and with 50$ you don't get anything, is that true?

I used startapp around 1 month ago. The minimum budget for each campaign is $25 and you can get pretty good traffic there. Minimum deposit is $50 if I remember correctly. Didn't used Airpush so can't say anything but Startapp is pretty decent.

Ok, really thank you umer!
What do you think about starting with the min. lower deposit? I already kept in mind that, because it's my first time, i will probably lose everything.
But before or after i need to start somewhere.
Any tips regarding ad types for linking the CPI offers?
