Hey everyone,
I'm curious to hear your thoughts on getting involved in testnets and the potential rewards through airdrops.
Some folks see it as a bit of a grind, needing daily attention without any guaranteed payoffs.
Yet, others have lucked out and scored a few thousand dollars. It can feel like a daily job for some.
Personally, I've always leaned more towards traditional investing — buy now, sell later.
But, after stumbling upon a random airdrop that turned out to be a huge win, I've started paying closer attention to these opportunities.
Currently, I'm actively participating in the prom.io campaign, actually, I'm involved in two campaigns simultaneously. One is a Delegate campaign where testing the testnet earns you points, and those with the most points become Delegates, essentially, it's like a testnet with a chance for an airdrop.
The other is a Validator campaign on Zealy, where a few lucky winners will become Validators and receive a share in the network profits down the line (2%). Becoming a Validator on a mainnet has always been a goal of mine, and this seems like my lucky break.
If anyone's interested, or at least curious, I'm happy to discuss it.
Has anyone here managed to become a Validator on any project?
Or perhaps some of you are also competing on the Prom network with me, haha?
