airbop push notifications

So i have put airbop in my apps and i have quite a few registrations so pretty much i can send a message and link to a bunch of phones. How do i monetize this. I thought about peerfly but pretty much all there offers have to come from the us and pretty much 70 percent of my registered phones are from outside the US. So any recommendations of offers that are good outside the us and that probally have a single opt in like an email submit for a buck that converts good would be awesome..thanks in advance
