I would like to deal with the management of Airbnb and Booking for owners who provide houses for daily rent such as apartments, villas and many other options... Anyone who offers this service and helps me with any advice on how it works, I would be very grateful. for honor. To the work of the commissions

There's a process to follow, you need to keep all this following factors in mind while dealing with the team :-
Clear terms & Agreements, Revenue management, Property Managment, Marketing Management, Guest Experience & Support. an rest other factors which the Management wants you to be focused on.

It is a bit heavier, but this thing here in my country is not very advanced. People will pay very little for this management of all those you just mentioned above.

What country are you from?

I have a open Joint Venture about Real Estate Management, own a big company in South Europe.

It's somewhere in my profile, let me know if it suits you.

Just Google in English how property management companies work in general.

For example, in my country, they charge 10% of the monthly fee paid for the place. Keep in mind that this is for regular real estate management service and does not apply to short-term offers like Airbnb but you should still find valuable information or businesses that deal specifically with short-term rentals and then knock-off their entire business model.

No matter where you are located, you still need to create a company for this service. Not only for legal reasons but I doubt anyone would deal with a random freelancer who hasn't even bothered to offer their services through a legal entity.

That will not work, this business to be anywhere near flawless is based on trial and error until succeed. Also local legistalation, tax etc is a variation between locations.

Please explain which part of knocking off the entire business model does not work exactly. This is probably one of the easiest ventures that you can take in the offline world, assuming you understand the basics of property management and how business and customer acquisition work in general.

lol.

What does this even mean or how is this important? Why should the tax matter what he wants to do? All businesses pay taxes.. how is this important what has been said here?

Completely wrong about everything. You have a lack of understanding how business work on a multinacional standpoint.

I will not even explain because first because of that lack of understanding which is easily spotted, secondly because you need to be inside of the industry to understand and still I will need to waste hundreds of hours to make you understand. Don't have the time. Nothing personal.

Are you interested in the operations standpoint the internal organization of a STR manager?

I am in the environment since a few years. And this is a good time to jump in!

Do you have any prior experience at a similar job? What do you think STR management is good for you?
I previously worked as a real estate agent for RE/MAX. After I had some personal problems, I had to leave this job. But for as long as I worked, the term STR came to mind. Since the clients I had were investors of houses for daily rent.

That sounds like a good place to start.
So I would assume finding leads is not your issue.
The operation standards are easy to learn (but hard to master), basically what I understand is you are thinking of:

Getting properties. (Leads)
Convincing to do arbitrage (management)
Organize all the property. (Legal, cleaning, laundry)
Be the nearby "go to" for guests and owners
Generate reviews (maintainance, fix broken stuff, paints, etc)
generate revenue for you ($$$)

Maintain a solid operation.

Let me know If this sounds accurate!
And if you want to go more in depth tell me what point is that you are struggling to figure out.
