Air BnB

Hi All,

Im living in a good tourist location in Europe and I have access to an apartment at the end of the month in the city centre.

Im thinking of sub-letting this apartment out over Air BnB.

I've never used Air BNB, Is there any blackhat methods to increase conversations and maximising the rental income.
