How's everyone doing? I hope you all doing ok :D

I want to start an AI YouTube channel and i meant to go to YouTube to ask about this, but if i want the right clear path... I have to come here, i don't want any spoon feed i just want useful tips on:
how to pick a niche
how to make the video from text to audio
how to keep improving

when i had the right amount of traffic i will post another thread about monetizing:rolleyes:

Picking a niche think about what aspects of AI truly fascinate you. Is it AI art machine learning for business or perhaps the ethical considerations? Find that sweet spot where your passion intersects with audience demand. Turning text to audio is quite straightforward now. Several AI tools offer realistic voiceovers. Experiment with different services to find one that matches your desired tone and quality. Look into Murf.ai or Descript for starters. Continuous improvement is key. Analyze your video analytics closely. What's working? What's not? Don't be afraid to experiment with different formats editing styles and content types. Engage with your audience directly read their comments and tailor your content to their interests. Good luck building your channel!

these are basic stuff you can check right here in youtube section or simple chatgpt search can address them, but if you face any problem in understanding something speficially, you can come back and post here, surely we are here to help you. But basic homework have to done by you.

pick a niche that triggers emotion or addiction, not just interest. ai + motivation, ai + dark psychology, ai + conspiracy stuff works well. people don’t watch for knowledge they watch for feeling.

for video: script with chatgpt, voice with elevenlabs or play.ht, stock video from pexels or ai gen, cut it in capcut or invideo, done. upload 3–5 vids first and forget watchtime just test hooks and thumbnails.

improvement comes from data not motivation. double down on what gets 50%+ retention and cut the rest. repeat till it prints.

I posted here for professional tips kinda... Not basic stuff
The best advice is to find something already successful. And copy it just make a slight tweak.
That's right
The best approach is to identify something that is already successful and replicate it with a small modification.

I think the niche ai+motivation or ai + dark psychology is kinda of week a little we want something to make people just sit down and waste time plus trigger emotions+if you can repeat the last part i didn't quite understand

That's exactly what i want to know how

what i meant is stop guessing and start tracking. youtube tells you exactly what’s working. if a vid gets over 50% avg retention it means people fkn watched it. that’s your signal to double down on style topic pacing vibe whatever made it work. if you got 3 vids and only 1 holds people watch it 80% through that’s your blueprint. cut the weak ones build more like the strong one. repeat this till it prints means keep tweaking and posting til it spits views and subs on autopilot. no emotions just numbers. simple as that.

Choosing a niche is extremely important. I recommend focusing on a specific area such as AI tool review or AI marketing guides, as these are highly searched topic

Let's not forget that i don't know how to make content so i need to focus on content made by ai completely
