AI weight loss influencer(s)

Hi gang, I am looking to create 4 (2 female, 2 male) AI influencers that show a weight loss journey. Has anyone ever done that or something similar? Need to retain continuity of course through a body and face change. Thank you in advance!

Done this with a fitness brand client last year. maintaining face consistency while changing the body size is a pain if you try to generate the whole image from scratch every time. what worked best for us was finding real progress photos of different people and using reactor or instantid in stable diffusion to swap our AI face onto them. if you try to just prompt a fat version and then a skinny version of the same character, SD usually messes up the facial features because it associates weight with facial structure... you end up with two different looking people. using a consistent lora for the face and swapping it onto real bodies saves so much headache. what tool stack are you planning to use @iTypeR?
