Hi guys,
I am looking for an AI program that allows to upload a talking head video and automatically generate a b-roll video layer from AI generated images, or clips or stock footage.

Looking for a tool with a plan (under $50/month) that has unlimited minutes, or at least 10 videos per month, with lengths of videos 20-30 mins.

Any suggestions?

I was using the free version of jupitrr until their last update

I assume that the paid version is keeping all the features they have limited on free version
 
I started using ShortsFaceless for a bunch of videos. Uploading them to Instagram mainly at the moment.
 
VideoFission is a good AI Video Generation tool as well as uploading to different platforms.

Afaik, this specific tool does not exist yet, but you can use tools with similar resources (like Inivideo mentioned above) or go to Upwork and similar freelancer websites and pay a dev to create a tool with this specific features
 
Artificial intelligence still doesn't deliver high-quality results... perhaps after a lot of effort... you can use a video editor instead... you can contact me and send the footage or script to see the result.
 
Jupitrr AI and submagic used to work fine in the Pleistocene

I don't know it they have been updated with recent AI tools
 
If there is a lot of demand for this tool, I may eventually start developing one. I have been thinking about it since last year but at the same time I hate wasting time on tools no one want t subscribe to it's use.

Although I used to simply make use of Invideo back in the days as I don't personal do video-heavy content.
