AI pictures to create images, starting from other pictures.
Example:
"create a picture with the face of this man (another picture) holding that instrument (another picture) in his hand"

easiest is first to find a photo of a man holding that "instrument"

then you have only 1 AI task left, to replace the face, search for terms like swap face ai and u shall find some services
 
I might have the solution for you, but won't share it here (at least for now) as I spent 1 year researching in this AI image generation domain.
 
I suggest DALL·E 3 and Midjourney as user-friendly AI image generators.
 
Go with Midjourney. It's free and gives the best results if you would compare it with other AI Image Generators. You need a Discord Account but that shouldn't be a problem.
 
i think personally you can. use Artbreeder ,GANPaint Studio and Luminar AI .These are some best ai platforms to generate pictures.You can also use chatgpt 4 for unique pictures.

It is not free anymore. It is asking to subscribe on discord to use the prompt.
