I recently got a web project from my friend, its like a Management SaaS . I can't reject that . I know Larvel and react . But I am facing difficulty in web design. I don't have a budget to hire someone to do web design for me. So I decided to go with AI tools (because it doesn't has to be a creative new one), but don't know what tools exists to do that. does anyone know some AI web design tools?

Why can't you buy themes for your project online? There are plenty of paid and free themes accessible these days. You select and employ it for your project.

Why don't you try webflow? Thats a free easy development tool until you launch, not sure how it interacts with the back end. Thats the only new web design software I've seen adverts for.
 
Most of the ai web design tools are in infancy phase. They require some kind of input like wire frame, drawing, image of web design and then they create a website or website code.
I am curious what others have to say or if there's a better solution.

You can use any WordPress page builder to create the pages you like.
Elementor Pro for example -- which has been posted on this forum as well.

That's ok , but how can i come up with design ideas . That's the most difficult part.
