AI Tools for Repurposing Long form content

I am looking for an ai tool that can help with repurposing long form content into short form content by picking the most interesting and engaging parts and cutting them into vertical short form content, adding captions and automatically uploading them to our social channels. Has to be automatic. Would be a plus if the tool could support romanian language.

If you know something that can do at least part of what I am looking for please let me know, as it could be included in a row of automations.
