So many tools are available but for my suggestion Synthesia, Pictory and Runway ML is best these tools I have use last 2-3 months. if you are looking for free tools you may try Kapwing and Runway ML(free plan).

Can I create video of more than 2 or 3 mins using these websites?
I have my own video generator, it uses basic tts for prototyping and steals ##£## ##om ##£#£#e but other platforms are a pain cutting and silicing, but overall of the videos long formated cutting it and ##£#£#£ it out is impressive.
Synthesis lol, I'll settle for eleven labs but that's it.
The worse part is the vid generator generates 8 minutes of crazy shit, all nonsense but it's content.

I had a subscription to Invideo ai for a few months and the videos were great but the picture / video clip library despite being "millions" was really repetitive over time regardless of the niche. It was good to start but now I order videos from other sources or make them myself.

No, op said You can create product descriptions using tools like Copy.ai or Writesonic. For informative videos of at least 2 minutes, consider using platforms like Synthesia or Pictory.

I use also top view to get ideas of scripts (i was using it to get some quick video briefings for using after the voiceover and some part of the visuals in the finally video, but they have limited the previews)
