Ai Talking Head Tool Help

Hello, I am in need of a relatively cheap(or free) talking head generator for AI content. I want to be able to upload an image and have the mouth move with whatever text I desire. It doesn't have to be extremely good or anything for the type of content I'm producing more just get the job done. If somebody could help me out that would be greatly appreciated.
