Use tools like Runway ML or Pika Labs for generating animated scenes, and ElevenLabs or HeyGen for realistic talking voices/characters.
For editing and automation, combine with CapCut or Adobe After Effects to polish and scale your affiliate content.

Also look at the cheap courses on Etsy. Some of them are good

I think google veo3 is enough, you can find some seller that sell ultra account (which can generated unlimited video per month) just for 5-10$

For animated AI videos, I'd look at a combination of tools rather than trying to do everything with one platform.

For creating the characters and scenes, tools like Midjourney, Leonardo AI, and Flux are popular. For turning images into animations, many creators are experimenting with Kling, Runway, and Pika. If you want talking characters with synchronized speech, HeyGen is worth a look as well.

My suggestion would be to start with a very small test. Create a few videos first and see whether the concept gets engagement before investing heavily in subscriptions. The tool matters, but the idea and execution usually matter much more than which AI platform generated the animation.

For that talking food/product style I’d test Seedance or Kling first, then finish in CapCut. The trick is usually not one magic tool... make the product image in Midjourney/Flux, animate it with a short prompt, then add voice with ElevenLabs and cut fast. HeyGen is ok for human talking heads but for fruit/product stuff it can look too corporate imo.

Also don’t make the videos too “AI showcase”. The ones that convert are usually dumb simple story + clear offer, not the fanciest animation.
