The future profession that can make you a millionnaire in 10 years.

You will eclipse doctors and lawyers in terms of salary if a 9-5 is your thing, that is.

Think about it.

When you go to the doctor, you tell them your symptoms and they prescribe you X. In other words, you give them an input, their "human" intelligence processes it and they provide you with an output. Same with a laywer where you present your situation how your cousin appropriated more of your inheritance.

The input you provide is the prompt.

There is a whole art in building prompts, trimming the fat, refining them so they produce exactly what you're after.

So if you're looking for your next 9 to 5 right now, I'd say go all in in learning AI prompts engineering. That skill will make you a millionnaire because you will be able to craft and output exactly what your company needs as tech progresses fast.

Hey out of topic but what do you think about web3 development? what will be its future in 4years against other skills such as cloud computing,DevOps,Data Science etc ?

Just learn Javascript. This dirty language with all of its frameworks, flavours and supersets will still be the future even in 4 years. Oh, and you will be able to do all of the things you've listed except for data science... Although, even data science if you're into such kinky shit.

As I will be joining college soon ... I have to go into something specific so I was thinking of becoming blockchain developer in India it isn't very popular but when I pass out after 4 years it will be hot as data science at least i think ... i know basic normal java so i will try to learn javascript too

If we're talking education, you'll get more long-term value out of going general in the beginning and specializing later. For example, taking Computer Science and learning broadly will give you a solid foundation to learn anything in the field and you'll always be able to learn specific skills on your own time or by taking additional courses.

A "blockchain developer" is nothing more than a software engineer with a solid grasp of cryptography and datastructures who has taken an additional course in blockchain and read the documentation for whatever they're working on.

if there any job that AI can easily replace is prompt engineering, claude ai already has a feature to create advanced prompts from simple inputs and soon it will be in all AI chatbots
You have no idea how gullible and vulnerable this model is.
It's just a matter of knowing how to handle it. And yes, they pay you good to probe it.
The OP is full of reason.

In two/three years there will be no need for complicated prompts anymore and so you have wasted your time on learning prompt engineering lol

I'm not telling anyone to start learning prompt engineering.
Getting inside one of these companies such as Anthropic isn't easy.

However, I can assure you that these models, especially Claude, needs lots of improvements.
For example, just now I was training a version of Claude with image recognition ability and they are very poor with things such as maps and charts.
Also, I have access to Claude with PDF-ability and still there is a loooong way to go.
So for the next 5-8 years there will be work for us, certainly.

Just like any other thing, there will be a lineup from third world countries doing it for cheap.
You can't outcompete someone who will do what you do for a fraction of the price unless you are very highly skilled and specialised in what you do.

The problem with gemini, chatgpt etc, etc, which I criticize again and again, is that the AI doesn't understand the prompt example;
creating some original, catchy, non-existent words with 5 characters

and the Ai spits out familiar existing words. Then I ask this question;
what is so hard to understand this simple prompt?

And I get more new short words but they already exist too.
You can see in this example that the AI does that with everything prompt you enter. The consequence of this: you reach your daily limit very quickly with the free version and you can't write masses of articles like 100 a day.

How do you guys fi this problem?

AI Prompts Engineer have great future. competion is not that high yet because tools are not that advance yet. we will see Reverse AI Prompts Engineer solution when it comes to images/vector/Video/. i tried some but result is worse.

its useful, any blockchain and metaverse skills are important, trust me
