Stable Diffusion + a good realistic checkpoint + LoRAs + textual inversion + additional extensions to make life easier. That's what I use, but most I've seen use SD as well, gives you the best results and you can do NSFW images which some other platforms don't allow.
All the above is open source, but you need either a powerful GPU (RTX 3090 or 4090 for quickest results) if you want to run it locally or you can run it on a paid cloud platform like runpod.io

For the videos, It would be better to download random porn and to faceswap it with our model ? Or to try generate fresh ones

Create based on an OF model that is human just so there is something human as a source of pictures. She will be created artificially but exist for real
 
Does anyone have ideas to monetize this beyond OnlyFans? OnlyFans, from what I've read here, doesn't monetize AI-generated girls.
 
I want to do something about it. I can create AI models but i dont know how and where i can use these images to make money
 
Attaching some samples of mine. They're not full nudes, so I hope I'm not breaking any rules.
Been experimenting with SDXL and a new user interface, also a new faceswapper for vids and pics with some good results too.

Creating my own LoRA turned out to be not worth it, made like 10 different ones and the last ones were quite good, but to be honest just faceswapping looks better (you can also tweak settings + run a refiner to make it look better etc). It's easier to prompt the model to give you the body you want and then faceswap rather than making your own LoRA, but that's only my limited experience with creating a working one.

The following ones were not made with my custom LoRA and are not faceswapped (I have an AI face I like to swap to, but that's irrelevant for now). Just prompting the model + a LoRA for more skin detail + a few negative embeddings.
