Hello to all,

First tip I post today.
DISCLAIMER: I'm still testing the tip but it looks pretty good to me, I'll do an update at the end of the week or in a couple of weeks to evaluate the time/money savings.

Prerequisite:
A Google account
A Fivver account (or Malt for people who want to work on the French market)
An AI based interior design application

With the AI boom, a lot of interior design apps have appeared. Some more advanced than others.
The goal is to take advantage of the free trials of these apps to sell redecoration/homestagging gigs (booming with the DIY trend)
I've been working on France for two weeks with Gepetto (available in app store nor Webappp https://gepettoapp.com/)

I have used up 17 renderings (4 that I made as a test, 13 that I sold for 9 to 20 euros depending on the platform)
The app I use offers 10 trials, but if you recreate a Google account you can get 10 new trials.

I use this one because it is for the moment the one that offered me the best rendering. As soon as I will have exhausted my google accounts I will switch application.
(Or eventually take the paid plan if it is worth it or if it is just luck).

I estimate for the moment at about 90 euros for "2 effective hours" (i.e. the time spent creating the gigs, answering, and sending the app's renderings)
As of today I'm monitoring precisely the time I spend for all tasks in order to have an accurate hourly rate on this tip. (normally much lower)
I will update as soon as I have enough information.

If you are interested I can post screenshots of the renderings or more info

Don't hesitate if you have any questions.

Seems to be a cool app - would love to see some renderings

Hi Guys,

@GenesisOne @Kennyraban here
Here is the last renders I made.
It's not the best but it's not bad.

FYI if you are using Gepetto.
Here it was a picture taken by a person who wanted to post a real estate ad. She wanted 3D so that her customers could project themselves.
I used the "Furnish" option. On spaces with furniture, use "Redecorate" instead and don't be too violent with the creativity slider

I also read the details of the paid version, a priori you can "upgrade" the quality to make photo resemblance. Other features are also present but I did not understand everything (A Priori it would be possible to modify only some elements)

PS : In the free version you will have the watermark like me. But many techniques exist to remove it

Many thanks @ Tortuga,

May I ask, on the average, how much do you charge ba client for each rendering ?

Thanks again man.

It depends, as a rule I start at 20 for 1 render (but I always provide 2 already because I'm often skeptical about the first one, and once the credit is burned, might as well use the rendering).
and then there are sometimes negotiations.
I would say that the average price is between 14-15 Euros.

Honestly I think I sold myself very poorly when I see how much interior decorators and this kind of profession charges.

I'm thinking of trying to present a good freelance interior design profile to drastically increase the rates
