What makes you think it is AI? Both pages have onlyfans accounts. Onlyfans requires proof of identification. Wouldnt be able to verify an AI model.

Yeah you can tell if you look long enough. Plan is for it to be good enough so that when a regular person is scrolling that they don't notice.

Stable diffusion. Pick a realistic model on citvitai and experiment.

I'm not interested in the niche itself but what I want to know is how to make the AI generate the same face in different poses/ different locations . if someone can guide me , I'm sure I can come up with a great method

Yes, it's possible to do character design with AI, I saw people using cartoony looking images for comics.
I focus only on real people and I don't offer cartoony looking photos though.
Copying certain poses is also possible.

My service is not automated and there is no API. If you wanted to buy in bulk and needed API, I would create API for you.

You could use having a portfolio section on your website FYI, really wanted to check out more of your stuff.

I'm not personally going to use your service because I'm learning to do it myself but your stuff is easily best I've seen in the game so far.
