Yes on TikTok is user allows it you CAN download their videos, edit them and reupload them, but only to TikTok (according to their terms) so what happend if you upload them to IG or vice versa?

The only real scenario such thing is worth doing is when you can generate such “AI influencers” instantly which no cost, that would allow you to spam it without regard for quality, maybe it could turn into some profit… Such things like influencers are highly depended on the quality of the content they are creating and since the audience is not really demanding they often simplify it to the maximum utilizing just retention optimizing tricks, if you are planning stealing videos and making it worse while putting more effort than OC it simply does not calculate. Answering your question, sure you can do that and you can spoof any platform, but the risk of full takedown after some human moderator inspection will always be there even after growing significantly, so my tip on creating AI influencer would be not to do it if you don't have a good plan beforehand on what are you trying to achieve and how the AI is going to simplify it.

or an ComfyUI with nodes like ReActor, IPAdpeters… exporting it to the separate layers and finishing it up with VFX compositing software like After Effects, Blackmagic Fusion or NukeX. It's quite demanding both in skill and computing power, but that's how it is with deep-fakes no online solution provide any decent quality for the time, but looking at the trends there is hope we get something decent soon!

When you upload a video, you'll have "AI-generated content" in your options
