For video generation, You have to spend the money. And most of the current gen video generators are mid, for free tier. And even with paid plan. You need a starting image or img to video that's epic. Some examples are Kling AI, Luma, Runaway ML. These are great. For simple task you can use SVD (Stable video diffusion) Inside of ComfyUI or A1111.

If you don't have good pc like 24+GB VRAM your best bet is to rent a cloud GPU, there are lot of services like runpod, vast.ai and more. It's pay as you go. So it'll cost you like minimum of $0.20/hr

For uncensored/controversial stuff you need to run StableDiffusion locally on your PC, but the video models aren't very good just yet, here is example of AI generated image + AI image to video. You can add subtle movement but that's it, it's still early day for video generators.
