Copyleaks has been the toughest for me to get my AI content past. I have accomplished this a few times using Claude. I had to do some back-and-forth for the tone and writing style. I then asked Claude to explain the writing style we created, and this was it said,
Conversational
- Uses natural language and phrasing akin to summarizing key points in a verbal discussion while still being polished and professional.
Active voice
- Favors active over passive sentence constructions to clearly attribute actions and recommendations to the appropriate people or entities.
Succinct yet comprehensive
- Condenses information for brevity while retaining and clearly communicating all salient details.
Structured
- Leverages bullet points to organize critical information in a readable, accessible format.
Thoughtful tone
- Written carefully synthesizing complex ideas and instructions into easy-to-digest language, considering the reader's needs.
Approachable
- Uses vocabulary and explanations for a general professional audience, avoiding insider jargon.
Possibly just luck, as I still struggle with this. Good luck!
