Hey guys,
I’ve been testing both AI-generated content and manually written content over the past 10–12 days and wanted to share a small experiment.
What I did:
- Picked 2 similar low-competition keywords
- Published one article using AI (lightly edited)
- Wrote the other one manually
Observations so far:
- The AI article got indexed faster
- The manual one took longer but seems a bit more stable in rankings
- AI content is getting impressions but lower CTR
Now I’m a bit confused and would really appreciate some input:
1. Do you usually heavily edit AI content to make it rank better long term?
2. Are you guys using a mix of AI + manual, or sticking to one?
3. Do you think AI content is sustainable long term?
If anyone has run similar tests, I’d love to hear your experience.
I can also share a 30-day update if people are interested.
