AI chatting on Telegram for VideoChatting agencies/models

i'm working on a system that talks with users on Telegram on behalfs of models, notifies them whenever a new live starts, gets you long time fans

It can be extremely good with Videochatting agencies or models and perhaps any other ventures

I'm looking for partners on this as I don't have my own models
