This is done via Wan 2.2 Animate in comfy UI
Basically it mimicks a real girls movement from which ever video you upload - and then replaces that girl with YOUR character / girl in that same video

It can also ANIMATE your photo with the movement it extracted instead of replacing

I have tested several workflows but can't manage to get realistic consistent results like the examples I provided

If anyone can expand on the topic or even share some workflows / info would be very thankful.

you need to find or create workflows in comfy that uses poses. there are several ways to do this and you dont necessarily need comfy at all to do it either but may be the best if it is what you are already comfortable with. you can check mickmunpitz i think his name is on youtube or something similar and you will probably learn what you need
