Hi I'm bordeline clueless on the subject of AI (actually I'm probably accross that border) but regardless I have a question about the level of risk that exists, or will exist retroactively in the future, of a brand's bot usage and whos public image could be tarnished by being exposed for using said bots. Particularly a small business that cant afford huge corporate PR-cleanup campaigns and who's brand is highly dependant on positive PR, deciding to use bots for marketing, reviews, etc.
Does the nature of the game in this sort of situation pose inherent risk of the discovery in the future (days to years from now) of their bot-usage?
Are bot-detection methods (involving AI?) becoming increasingly sophisticated just as bots themselves are?
