AI based rewriting in Russian - does any app support it?

I want to rewrite content, automatically, from Russian to Russian.

I saw that Jarvis have such option, but I wonder if there are other apps that allow it as well (since Jarvis is a paid tool)

Recommendations?

Why not use Google translate and translate to english and use a spinner to spin the content and translate it back to russian.
