I have developed automation bots and software in the past. However, I’ve noticed that AI is currently very popular, so I want to create AI-driven automation software and make money by selling it. Right now, I'm considering building chatbot software similar to ChatGPT. If anyone has any other ideas, I’d appreciate the input.

Build a tool to sign up for free Semrush trials and then sell the accounts.

Doesn't use AI, but it will make money.

Social media bot with locating targeted leads, auto connecting with them, not only through spamming, but through establishing relationship and so on+ posting and commenting in general would be software I want to buy.
 
You can do the commenting bot but you get banned within seconds.
Its not so easy to comment on big social media platforms these days.

Even lucky.sparks (forum user) has lots of issues. And beginners will not even have a chance.

Yeah I can easily make it.
 
A Auto forum bot, the user creates the Forum, then the bot will create fake users, information, then post subjects/topics according to niches through the People Also ask. Then use AI for the answers,questions etc.

Ask ChatGPT, he will give you a lot of ideas.
