hi everyone.

like a lot of people, ai has caught my attention for the past few months (a bit late i know)...

i just wanted to speak to some people that are in this industry at the moment.

most may be familiar with youtuber "liam ottley", i've watched all of his videos (literally) and he's got me sold on starting an ai automation agency.

i've always been skeptical on just about everyone on social media who is selling courses, but i feel like i cant miss this ai wave?

is anyone on here currently running one? have any experience building ai agents for automations? n8n, make, zapier etc.

and is this a viable business model for this year going forward? i think it ticks every box or me, especially if you don't have much money to being with.

would love to hear everyone opinions on this...

also if anyone has any resources they could share that would be great, ive taken liam ottley free course, it was good.
(not paying the 2-4k price tag ive seen rumoured for this paid one thats for sure)

thanks.

Haha buddy... I feel the same about not missing this AI wave. I made a decent buck last year utilizing AI for some of my work. Can't help but think of the crazy opportunities this holds. I'm already planning to take more courses on AI careers once I'm done with my current one.

It's worth every effort and learning you can invest, buddy ! (in my opinion) :)

i am also following this but i dont know code. dont know where to start. but i got some ideas.

it seems the barrier for entry is quite low with all the different no-code/low-code tools out there which has really got me feeling like i need to be taking advantage of this right now...
which is what im currently trying to do (learning n8n as many people said its like make/zapier but on steroids)
hopefully i can get proficient with this one tool, learn to automate some useful things for businesses and get selling!

you dont really need to know code at all with all the no code platforms out there, many people i follow who are running successful agencies have no background in coding or development at all. which makes it pretty interesting

yeah is the AI hype and if you find that can be helpful go for it besides now you can make some coding using AI chatgpt or deepseek still there is a learning curve but is up to you and if you really need and want to go all in for the AI hype go for it but not just because is AI will work you also need to do some real work.

I run my own AI Automation agency. It's been extremely profitable especially since there has been a boom in AI news. All companies are now reaching out to me to automate their internal processes. I can definitely share more details if you'd like.
Yes please if you don’t mind. Maybe dm me?

I am also interested but do I need to be a coder/developer to form a team?

I do custom automation with n8n and configure the server. Yes, it is more relevant than ever.

AI automation agencies are a solid opportunity in 2025. With tools like Zapier and Make, you can build without coding, and demand from businesses is rising fast.

I have recently just setup my n8n and everything is looking good so far. Not sure how to find clients for it yet and what workflow I should start building with it.

Let's work as a team. I also created a server and attracted the first client.

I wonder about this too but I still can't comprehend in my mind that Ai will work

This is actual. What I have, for example now:

Custom Rank Tracking System with n8n.

Automated rank tracking system designed to monitor and analyze SEO performance across multiple websites.
The solution was developed to overcome the limitations imposed by commercial SaaS tools—namely, keyword caps and high subscription costs—while maintaining full control over data and scalability.

Architecture and Technologies Used

The system is built on n8n , an open-source workflow automation tool, and integrates with the following services:

Google Search Console API : For retrieving click, impression, CTR, and average position data.
BigQuery : For long-term storage and analysis of historical search data.
Firecrawl : For crawling and extracting page content for context-aware keyword monitoring.
Google Sheets : As an intermediate data aggregation layer.
HTML / CSS : For generating interactive, mobile-responsive reports.
Google Drive : For storing generated reports.
Email Notifications : To deliver summarized results directly to the user's inbox.

Functional Features
1. Daily Data Collection

A scheduled daily trigger (e.g., at sunrise).
Fetches fresh keyword ranking data from Google Search Console for all monitored domains.
Supports unlimited keywords and domains without vendor-imposed restrictions.

2. Performance Classification
Keywords are categorized based on their trend:

Up : Improved position
Steady : Stable position
Down : Declined position

3. Report Generation
Dynamic HTML report generation containing:

Summary metrics: total clicks, impressions, and CTR.
Trend visualization using line charts and pie charts.
Expandable accordion sections per keyword showing:
  • Target URL
  • Current position
  • Position change arrow
  • Clicks and impressions.
Fully responsive layout with dark mode support for improved readability.

4. Report Delivery.
Uploads the final HTML report to Google Drive.
Sends a direct link to the report via email upon completion—typically before morning coffee finishes brewing.

Key Advantages.
Unlimited Scalability : No restrictions on number of keywords or domains.
Cost Efficiency : Operational cost is approximately equivalent to one monthly latte.
High Flexibility : Easily migrate data backend from Google Sheets to PostgreSQL as requirements grow.
Vendor Independence : Eliminates reliance on paid SaaS platforms and their restrictive policies.
Accessing the Workflow: A complete package of the workflow, including versions for both Google Sheets and PostgreSQL , is available upon request.
