In terms of practicality, semi-uatomation would be ideal for AI agent use. Agents handling repetitive tasks that doesn't need too much critical analysis, some basic support, content drafting, etc. before handing off to a human agent.
Pretty good for chaining tasks together, especially dull repeating ones that no one wants to do anyway.

Not using them yet but definitely looking to get into it.
My min goal is automating the client outreaach funnel. Ideally, I want an agent setup that can scrape various platforms, qualify the leads on specific criteria and autmatically draft personalized cold pitches before I hit send.
