Diffusion bee + hugging face models can be surprisingly good, if you choose the correct ones. I would recommend trying it out. I am not sure what you can use in place of diffusion bee if you are not on mac, though.
Supermachine has no restrictions on adult images and the quality of the images is really good. They add new custom models built on Stable Diffusion every week. It has a free trial if you want to try it out.
I think there are some other ones as well, but this one is a pretty decent all-rounder as well as allowing adult images.
