ahrefs vs majesticseo stats??

Experts needed...whcih is more accurate ahrefs or majesticseo? I have put a domain into both and get totally different keyword density?? ahrefs says 32% and majesticseo says 17%.

In your experience which is most accurate?

Use SEOquake firefox addons. It's free, simple and will give you right results

The idea is most tools divide the keyword on the number of words which is incorrect. If you mention you 3 words keywords in 900 word article 3 times ... this would 1% density. 3 mentions / 900 words / number of words in the keyword ( 3 )

Same for 2 words, then you divide the number of words in article by 2

Short story long, use the addon, it knows that

Ahrefs has a much bigger link index imho and it's numbers are far more reliable.

I always checked with 2-3 free keyword density checker. But they are not same but i get an idea of kw density. But i always follow a keyword ratio, i always maintain that.

I would go with Ahrefs.

Thanks, but using ahrefs the site that's #1 has kw density for same kw (Ahrefs) of 42%! majesticseo it has 12% (same kw).

Which throuws everything out the window according to kw density and google. LOL

Then its either a spammy niche or a very common word across that niche.

I prefer ahrefs for different purposes. If you just want to check keyword density, firefox plugin like searchstatus are free and easier.

i saw early that very often Ahrefs add links with WWW an without WWW as 2 different links, don't sure how it's now of course
