I'm using https://app.ahrefs.com/v2-site-explorer/top-pages/subdomains on ahrefs and it always give this error

That´s normal.
The problem with using a GB for these tools is that often Ahrefs will pick up multiple users using the tool at the same time from different IPs abusing the tool and generating a bunch of reports.
Make sure you delete any reports you save. it's an easy way to steal other peoples keywords etc.
