Ahrefs show zero backlinks

Is it normal that ahrefs show zero backlinks even though I have built 15 web 2.0 to that page and they are clearly indexed ?

Why are you bothered with ahrefs if you know your links are known to google already? They use their own index and may not pick up web2.0s quickly unless linked to from popular sites or sites within their index.

It happens a lot, you shouldn't care about ahrefs!

Simply put each tool like ahrefs or SEMrush have ther own crawlers and just because your Web 2.0 properties are indexed in Google does not mean their listed in other places yet.

Depends on how long its been, but in a nutshell, yes.
Google and ahrefs have separate crawlers. So if ahrefs shows nothing, doesn't mean google hasn't found your links yet.

Ahrefs should be used for backlinks that are unknown to you, and not for those that you create yourself and can track manually.

Its not a matter. If your link indexed by google means it also appear on the count list. But not sure, how many time it will take to show the count..

there might be chances that ahrefs both have not catch those web 2.0 that you just created

Yes, it might possible ahrefs will not show you the links that you are creating in web 2.0...
