I think ahrefs is best if you got it in a cheap price, You can check out rankious.com they are selling ahrefs group buy ! but it is expensive now so I think semrush is a good option if you don't want to use any group buy services.
 
If you have no problem with the credit system in Ahref, then choose Ahref.
If you have a problem with Ahref's credit system, choose SEMRush.
Don't waste your money on Moz.
 
I would say SemRush because it's relatively cheap to buy an account and has all the features I need and its easier to keyword research with it
 
Ahref - Mainly for organic traffic analysis
Semrush - mainly for keyword research and also for traffic too
 
SEMRUSH is including a lot and a lot of features, I am not sure about numbers but both provides almost similar results.

Overall happy with semrush.
