I am on their Advanced plan since a while which used to cost $399/month. When they increased their advanced plan pricing to $449, they did not raise the pricing of my existing plan and have been charging $399 from me for 750 Credits per user. However, if I exceed even one single credit beyond my limit of 750, they instantly charge me the extra credits package.
I can see that, as per their pricing page, they have changed the credit limit for Advanced and Standard plan from 750 and 500 to unlimited recently. However, in my existing plan, no such change is visible and I am bound with the old 750 credit a month plan (ofcourse with the old pricing of $399).
